Size is 2.89GB but size on disk is 2.96GB. So which one?

It appears C651 Lover has a large openBVE folder (>15GB), like me! What routes and trains do you have in there?

>15GB means above 15GB, yours is 5.01GB, so you should choose the '5GB to 10GB' option.
