End-of-Life Upgrade for Kawasaki Heavy Industries C151

May be delayed (no pun intended!) due to technical and logistic problems, which will require the train to be reconfigured, integrated and tested together with the upgrading to CBTC signalling. 

Don't forget, engineers and technicians have to learn how to maintain the "new" train which comes with new technology planted into it. Smile
