I believe that Siemens will receive first. Since refurb then just go and change ah.

Anyways it's just my speculation, but i believe that's the case ah.

Actually the signalling box installation takes less than 2 weeks. The testing is the one thats long.

Good observation though.

PS: Remember reading an article that says hat PMSM trial train will enter revenue by Q2 2015

Ok Guys so a check on Toshiba Press Release confirmed that Toshiba will be upgrading the KHI & SIE Propulsion 

Mr. Mario Favaits, Managing Director of SRE, said, “We are excited that SMRT is relying on Railise to re-traction its first and second generation trains using PMSM technology. Through these projects, Railise will acquire unique systems integration skills allowing Singapore to develop an indigenous rail engineering capability. The first train is expected to hit the commercial tracks in Q2 2015 and from Q4 2015 onwards we will be looking at securing field trials abroad.”
