I guess it would most proberly be merged with TSL only like cross platform transfer or so.

Unlikely. I think there might be a provision in Woodlands North to actually clear the customs before boarding the train again.

This is because if a Chinatown - Clarke Quay type of distance is achievable (About < 300m) for a 6 car train formation, then I suppose a bare minimum of 250m walk to clear the custom before boarding the same train to JB is do-able.

Is impossible to have cross-platform for TSL and SG-JB link. If there is, they need to separate the boundary with SG and MY on same platform(which unlikely seen in future).

i was thinking that there could be another station for Woodlands Rail Crossing. this could be named Waterfront. the checkpoint would be between this station and Republic station.

it is messy with both SG and MY CIQs facilities on the same platform. furthermore, both of these facilities are housed in the same building.

I suggest that SMRT uses the abandoned middle track of Woodlands Station to use Woodlands to Johor Shuttle Service. This is just my opinion only.

That's NSL, which is completely different from TSL. Besides, the middle track was initially intended for such a RTS, but plans iirc were shelved at the last minute. With TS1 intended for a link to Johor, I doubt the old plans of WDL's siding will be revived.

Can't be because the Woodlands North station is interchange with JB-SG rail link. It will houses the Immigration and Customs facilities together.

Even if the sidind at Woodlands is used,I doubt there is space to accodomate space for commuters since I live in Woodlands as the platform is smaller than Punggol.Stop here to avoid going off topic
