The C151Bs are using the 6xx/6xx series, instead of 9xx/9xx.
Most probably you are seeing 603/604. 601/602 went into TWD while 603/604 is usually in BSD. Only these 2 are in SG as of now.

Cannot be. 603/604 still parking at the same parking lot where I last saw it that time until today.
