now the next thing: Will there be some sections going above-ground. Or will the whole JRL be underground?

Mostly will be underground except the tengah area as the area still underdevelopment. But my sense is all new rail lines are build underground so they can make use of the land.

Speculating to be underground for all future Line as a measure to save Land space.

Will have, if they build the ITH, the temp bus interchange location is at empty space next to Lot 1. The current bus interchange can make way for ITH.
