Changing train and door lengths
#1
Hi,

How do u change the door lengths? For example, how u you change a C751A to fit the C151/C651/C751B/C151A PSDs? And how do you change the PSDs lengths to fit the C751A? (as in which file and where)

Thanks,
Seangwong

It requires a clear understanding of how the developer does his object files. You need to edit the vertexes in the csv file. For Alstom Metropolis, their length is shorter than our mainline trains. Thus they cannot fit the mainline psds.

Hey guys,

in order to edit a PSD for a C151 into a C751A, what files do we need to change and what is needed to change?

Nope, you have to adjust the length (vertices) in the .csv file too. By just changing the textures, you will get a crap/awkward result. So, open the .csv file that contain the codes you want to change and test it out. But I am not sure with the PSD Target codes, whether it will work with the C751A or not.

Vertex is present in every .csv file. Without it, you can't make an object or do anything.

Vertex is something like a point. You determine the position of the point using the x, y, z axis. Then you use addface to joint up all the points together.
