The BPLRT already has a relatively new vehicle which entered service in 2014.

But if you are asking whether more vehicles would be bought to replace the older vehicles, it's likely. Following the recent news for the BPLRT renewal.

Quote:The Land Transport Authority said that it would be sourcing for new trains, power rail, signalling system and various other critical components.

Is normal, when the train stop at the station, they announce station name only.

When Bukit Panjang LRT will be doing renewal works? Could the LRT be doing four car system?

Also if can, would it be possible to change to Crystal Mover from Bombardier Innovia APM 100?

Renewing and updating many major physical components is not as simple as updating from iOS 10 to iOS 11

I was there 7.15 am and 6pm and Platform 2 was still closed.
Anyway I feel it's kind of a waste to close the entire platform. It's like JE Platform A. I understand that maybe Platform 1 can handle the load but it just doesn't click together. In the past both platforms were used when there were lesser trains. Now with the additional C801A shouldn't there be more train trips? They spent money building Platform 4 so it's a waste of it's just used for train stabling.
