Than I think you have to use paint/photoshop the head photo. Make it:

Colour Value:
Red: 0
Greeen: 0
Blue: 255

Than in the 3131/3132.csv files, find the code for the head and add the following code:

.SetDecalTransparentColor,0,0,255

But, remember to ask the developers before doing so! Big Grin
