Full Version: Report Train & Station Faults/Vandalism Cases Here!

After discussion with the management, reporting trains problems was not effective in the previous thread. We have decided that we would be using a new format from today.

If you encounter any faults in trains and stations, such as flat-wheels (that makes a constant drum sound), faulty lights, air-conditioners, route maps etc., please report the faults as follows below within 3 working days. For STARiS faults, kindly inform us the leading driving trailer (DT) number. Information which is incompleted or incorrect will therefore be rejected. An administrator will post a notice that the faults will be investigated. Thank you.

Erm, the trainset number sticker in the picture is 3323 but in your descrption you wrote Faulty route map, leading DT 3324. Is there an error?

There is no error. is your understanding. DT meaning Pulling/Driving Trailer is 3324 but the route map is in 3323

Description: RATIS all not working(Either display Welcome to Circle Line Thank You or just ads), no next train time. Station staff had to say "The train approaching Platform B ends its service at Paya Lebar". Rare!
